The specialist adhesive is designed for painted walls and a variety of other surfaces. Check that your intended surface is suitable before installation, and follow the supplied application instructions.

The adhesive is designed to leave no wall residue when removed, according to the product specifications. Results may depend on the wall surface and its condition.

Please check your selected photographs carefully before ordering, as the printed tiles will be made using the images you provide.

How does personalisation work?

Choose the personalisation options shown on the product page, upload your photo and enter any requested details such as names or messages. Once your order is placed, we review the information and image provided before the product moves into production. If we need anything clarified, we'll contact you using the details provided with your order.

What photo should I upload?

For the best results, upload the highest-quality version of your photo available. We recommend JPG/JPEG or PNG files and avoiding blurry, heavily compressed or low-resolution images. Please upload the final version of your photo, as our current product pages do not provide photo-editing or cropping tools.

Can I preview or edit my photo before ordering?

At the moment, we don't offer live previews or photo-editing tools on the product page. You can enter the available personalisation details, such as text, but your uploaded photograph should already be cropped and edited exactly how you want it before uploading.

We're working towards introducing enhanced preview and editing tools in the future.

Ordering & Delivery

How long will my personalised order take?

Production times vary by product. As a general guide, production can take approximately 5–14 days, before delivery. Please check the lead time shown on the individual product page before ordering. If you're ordering a gift for a specific date, we recommend allowing plenty of time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Personalised orders may enter production very quickly after being placed. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only request cancellation or changes if your order has not yet entered production.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the UK, Ireland and selected international destinations. Delivery availability and charges can vary depending on the product and destination. Please check the delivery information shown on the product page before ordering.

Returns & Support

Can I return a personalised product?

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you've changed your mind. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or there is a problem with the personalisation, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
