JustGotYou specialises exclusively in premium framed wall art. Our collection features high-quality framed prints available in curated sizes, frame types, and frame colours to suit different spaces and interior styles. We do not sell unframed prints or downloadable files.
Q: Where do your designs come from?
All artworks fall into one of the following categories:
- In-house designs created or directly sourced by JustGotYou
- Third-party artist or photographer submissions (after authenticity and quality checks)
We do not accept AI-generated designs from external contributors, though some in-house designs may use AI as part of the creative process.
Q: Are all designs available in every size and orientation?
Some artworks are designed specifically for portrait, landscape, or square formats to preserve composition and visual quality. If you’re looking for a specific size, contact us and we’ll try to help.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
Please carefully review size dimensions before purchasing. All sizes are listed in inches. We recommend measuring your wall space before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Q: Can I request a custom design or personalised artwork?
Yes — where feasible, subject to artistic direction and production constraints. Contact hello@justgotyou.com with your idea, preferred size, and reference images. Custom designs are handled on a limited basis.
Q: Can I upload my own photo or artwork?
Not at this stage. All artworks are curated designs meeting our quality and aesthetic standards.

Q: What frame types and materials do you use?
We offer a curated range of premium options:

Frame availability may vary by design and size.
Q: Can I choose the frame colour?
Yes, where available. Customers can select from colours designed to complement the artwork and modern interiors.
Q: Do any framed artworks include mounts?
Yes. Box Frames and Classic Frames include a 1.4 mm mount for depth and presentation.
Q: Do your frames include glass or protective glazing?
- Box Frames: Float glass
- Classic Frames: Acrylic / Perspex
Other formats are frameless by design.
Q: What is the difference between acrylic panels and aluminium metal prints?
Acrylic Panels: 10 mm acrylic, glossy, high-depth, edge-to-edge display
Aluminium Metal Prints: 3 mm dibond, lustre finish, lightweight, edge-to-edge display
Q: What are box frames, classic frames, framed canvases, and stretched canvases?
- Box Frames: Visible 1.4 cm border, premium depth, best for living rooms or feature walls
- Classic Frames: 1.4 cm border, timeless aesthetic, suitable for homes or offices
- Framed Canvas: 19 mm canvas within frame, statement décor
- Stretched Canvas: 19 mm canvas wrapped around edges, minimal look, wrap options (Black, White, Image)
Q: Which frames are frameless?
Acrylic Panels, Aluminium Metal Prints, and Stretched Canvases.
Q: How should I care for my framed artwork?
To clean acrylic or glass surfaces, use a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Keep artworks away from excessive moisture or direct prolonged sunlight.
3. Orders, Shipping & Tracking
Q: Are your artworks printed on demand?
Yes, all artworks are made to order after purchase, ensuring quality, consistency, and reduced waste.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Production + shipping: typically 3–7 business days. Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production and delivery times may be slightly extended. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UK only. International shipping will be introduced when feasible.
Q: How can I track my order?
Tracking info is sent via email after dispatch for real-time updates.
Q: What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — changes may only be possible before production begins.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement before production starts. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible. For urgent requests, contact

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Made-to-order artworks can only be returned if:
- Arrives damaged
- Incorrect due to our error

Q: Do colours look exactly the same as on screen?
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and printing materials. Minor differences are normal and not defects.
Q: Will the final product look exactly like online images?
Product images may include mock-ups' or staged photography. Minor variations in colour, brightness, or framing are normal.

Yes, artworks are carefully packaged and make thoughtful gifts. Gift wrapping may be introduced in the future.
