At JustGotYou, every framed artwork is produced on a made-to-order basis. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are printed and framed after purchase based on the selected frame type, size, and frame colour.

  • Processing time: typically 4–7 business days
  • This includes printing, framing, quality checks, and preparation for dispatch
  • Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on demand or production factors

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom and selected European Countries.
  • Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

Orders placed outside our current shipping regions may be cancelled and refunded.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date of order.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control are not considered shipping failures.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Free UK Shipping is currently offered on all orders
  • Shipping costs are included in the product price at checkout
  • For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

We reserve the right to introduce or update shipping charges in the future. Any applicable shipping fees will always be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


5. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.


6. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives with visible damage to the product or packaging, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of:
  1. The damaged product
  2. The outer packaging
  3. The shipping label (if visible)

This allows us to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for a refund

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.


8. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed or lost:

  • Contact us so we can investigate with the courier
  • Resolution timelines depend on courier investigations

Orders confirmed as lost by the courier may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.


9. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

This does not affect your statutory rights in cases of damaged or incorrect delivery.
