JustGotYou is a trading name of JustGotYou Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. All rights reserved.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the JustGotYou website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About JustGotYou

JustGotYou Ltd operates an online store selling framed wall art, including in-house designs and approved third-party artist or photographer submissions.

All products are produced on a made-to-order basis and fulfilled through third-party production partners.

2. Eligibility

To use our website and place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or
  • Have permission from a parent or legal guardian

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

3. Products & Customisation

  • Customers purchase pre-designed artworks only
  • Customers cannot upload personal images or request custom artwork

Customers may choose:

  • Frame type
  • Size
  • Frame colour

All products are produced after the order is placed based on the selected options.

Once production begins, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

4. Product Images & Descriptions

Product images may include mockups, digital previews, or staged photography.

Actual products may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen colour settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Framing materials

Minor variations in colour or appearance do not constitute a defect.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate but do not guarantee that all details are error-free.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated
  • Payment must be completed in full at checkout

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Supply or production limitations

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

7. Production & Processing Time

All products are made to order.

Typical processing time is 4–7 business days before dispatch.
Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays caused by production partners, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

8. Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier performance.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

10. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted
  • Customised, made-to-order goods are exempt from cooling-off rights
  • Refunds or replacements are offered only for:
  1. Damaged items
  2. Incorrect items
  3. Manufacturing defects

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including designs, images, text, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Designs are either owned by JustGotYou Ltd or licensed for sale through artist agreements.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

Purchase of a product does not grant ownership of the underlying artwork or design rights.

Design Originality: All artwork sold by JustGotYou is either created in-house or in collaboration with independent designers. We do not copy or use other creators’ works. Any perceived similarities to existing works are purely coincidental and unintentional.

12. Artist Submissions

Third-party artists and photographers may submit work subject to review and approval.

Approved contributors enter into a separate digital agreement with JustGotYou.

Revenue from approved works is shared according to agreed terms.

Artist agreements are separate from customer-facing Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • JustGotYou shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier or production issues
  • Courier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Technical failures
  • Government restrictions

15. Privacy

Your use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

The most current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
