Designer Collaboration Policy

At JustGotYou, we value creativity and collaboration. This policy outlines the terms, rights, and responsibilities for independent designers and photographers (“Artists”) who wish to collaborate with us and have their work featured on our platform.

1. Eligibility & Submission Process

• Artists must be at least 18 years old.
  
• All submissions must be original, human-created artwork or photographs. AI-generated designs from external creators are not accepted; AI-generated designs are used exclusively for in-house artwork.
  

Artists can submit designs via the “Design With Us” form on our website, including:
Artist details
Sample design
Brief description of the artwork or photograph

• After initial review, JustGotYou may request additional materials to verify authenticity, such as:
• Original creation files (for digital artwork)
• Source photos or proofs (for photography)
• Submissions may be rejected at any stage if they do not meet JustGotYou’s quality, authenticity, or content standards.
  

2. Approval & Listing

• Approved designs will be published on the JustGotYou platform.
• Artists retain ownership of their designs, but grant JustGotYou exclusive commercial rights for the design as used in our framed artwork products.
• Artists may display the design on personal portfolios or social media, but may not sell, print, or commercialise the design elsewhere while it is listed on JustGotYou.
• JustGotYou reserves the right to remove designs at any time, for any reason, including failure to meet quality standards or brand alignment.

3. Revenue Sharing & Payments

• Artists receive 30% of the net profit from each design, where net profit = sale price minus production costs, shipping, and payment fees.
• Net sales are calculated after refunds or chargebacks.
• Payments are made monthly, net 30 days after the end of each month, with a minimum payout of £25.
• Artists can track sales and commissions through GoAffPro, our affiliate marketing platform.
• Sales outside GoAffPro tracking (e.g., offline sales) are not eligible for commission.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

• Refunds or chargebacks from customers will be deducted from Artist commissions as applicable.
• JustGotYou will adjust payouts accordingly in the next payment cycle.
• Artists will not be responsible for customer service or product returns — these are handled exclusively by JustGotYou.

5. Withdrawal of Designs

• Artists may request to withdraw their design with two weeks’ notice.
• During the notice period, orders already placed will be fulfilled, and the Artist will receive the applicable commission.
• After withdrawal, JustGotYou will remove the design, marketing images, and product listings from the website
• Artists retain full ownership of the original design and may use it elsewhere after the withdrawal period.
• JustGotYou reserves the right to remove any design at any time, without notice, at our discretion, including for quality, brand alignment, or operational reasons.

6. Exclusivity & Intellectual Property

• While a design is listed on JustGotYou, the Artist grants exclusive commercial rights for use in our framed products.
• Artists retain ownership and may display their designs non-commercially.
• JustGotYou is not responsible for policing unauthorized use of designs outside the platform.

7. Content Standards

• All submissions must meet JustGotYou’s artistic and quality standards.
• JustGotYou reserves the right to:
  
  Reject any design
  Remove existing designs
  Refuse collaboration without notice
  
• Content that is illegal, offensive, or inconsistent with the brand will not be accepted.

8. Transparency & Tracking

• Artists will receive a unique referral link via GoAffPro for each published design.
• All sales made through the referral link are tracked automatically, ensuring transparent commission calculations.
• JustGotYou will provide access to sales data, but will not share customer personal information or internal cost breakdowns.
• The declared commission or profit is final and binding.

9. Taxes & Responsibility

• Artists are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings.
• JustGotYou does not provide tax advice or reporting for Artists.

10. Changes to This Policy

• JustGotYou reserves the right to update or modify this Designer Collaboration Policy at any time.
• The most current version will always be available on our website.
• Continued collaboration implies acceptance of updated terms.
